In a spectacular showcase of athleticism and community spirit, the Mountain House Sports & Recreation Club recently hosted their 3rd annual Volleyball and Throwball Tournament on October 15th. The event, which saw participation from 30 beginner, 5 advanced volleyball teams, and 11 women's throwball teams, was a testament to the passion and talent within our community.
